Owners are responsible for their own water, sewer, electrical, cable, and WiFi services from local providers of their choice.

All members of the Association who rent their lot(s) pay a nightly fee to the Association for every night the lot(s) is rented. The current fee is 20% of the pre-tax rental charge.
Renter pay a credit card fee on the total amount each guest charges on their credit card against the lot or golf cart rented. Currently this fee is approximately 3.25% & 11.5% tax.
Owners must carry a liability insurance policy for every lot they have in the rental program equal to $2,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence naming the Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach RV Resort Association as an additional insured
Electric, water, and sewer are all included in the daily rental rate on rental sites (Renters will be responsible for additional fees for charging of electrical vehicles)
